How do I connect my Venym sim racing pedals ?
Connect the pedal directly via USB to your computer. (cable is included)

Will the pedals fits on my rig ?
Our pedals and our baseplate are made to be universally compatible with most of chassis available on the market. In certain case you may have to drill 2 holes in order to fit our baseplate.

Is there a specific software ?
Yes it does! The firmware and the "Pitstop" application are developed in-house. This allows us to be very reactive in correcting any bugs and above all in implementing new features.
You can save and load different curves for each cars, the LED colors is also customizable on the software.

How does the pedals feels ?
Based on the feedbacks from our first customers, we are relatively comparable to our main competitor with its highest price range product. Our brake are stiffer than you would expect, it's similar to a real single seater.
Thanks to its monobloc aluminium design, we guarantee you a solidity to any test.
How do I change my brake stiffness?
Our base rubber pack is the 100kg force pressure, if you ever opted for the additional rubber option, here is a video of how to insert a different type of rubber on your Venym Atrax brake pedal.
Shipping
FedEx will charge the shipping directly upon ordering. Delay of 2-3 days.
If we have the stock, we will ship your order as fast we can, in the case your shipment’s departure from our warehouse is delayed for any reason, we will immediately inform you via email.
Warranty and returns
If you’re not completely happy with the Venym's products you have just received, we try to be as easy going as possible when it comes to support, so if there’s anything we can do for you please let us know at contact@venym.com.
If you do want to return your order, you can do so within 14 days after having received the products. Let us by sending an email to the address contact@venym.com
If the returned product is in as-new condition, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to not provide a full refund if there is any damage to the product.
The refund will be processed within 10 working days after having received the returned products. Venym will not cover your return shipping costs.
