I have developed a recipe application that will allow you to access these recipes without having to come to my website. You will need to have an internet connection to sync them locally or to add a new recipe. You can browse the recipe's without any internet connection once you have Synced from the Master list. You can run the sync when you want to find if any new recipe's have been uploaded.
